  • 200ml fresh cream
  • 100g grated cheese (Emmental, Gouda or other to taste)
  • 50g butter
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Glutiniente Gnocchetti
  • Water
  • Salt

Start by bringing a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. When the water boils, cook the Gnocchetti Glutiniente following the instructions on the package to achieve al dente cooking. Drain them and set them aside.
Meanwhile, prepare the cheese sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the gluten-free flour and stir vigorously with a whisk to make a smooth, homogeneous roux.
Slowly pour the fresh cream into the saucepan, continuing to stir to prevent lumps from forming. Continue to cook over medium-low heat until the sauce has thickened and reached the right creaminess.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste, adjusting the flavors according to your personal taste.

Add half of the grated cheese to the cheese sauce and stir well to melt it.
Add the Gnocchetti Glutiniente to the cheese sauce in the casserole dish and stir gently to let the pasta mix with the cream cheese.
Transfer the Gnocchetti Glutiniente to the previously buttered gratin pan, leveling the surface with a spoon.
Sprinkle the surface of the gnocchetti with the remaining grated cheese, creating an even layer.
