It took an hard work to create a gluten-free pasta that is at the same time traditional and healthy, even for those who do not tolerate gluten. We have selected the best raw materials, first of all corn and rice. We have learned the secrets of the housewives, who once prepared pasta at home with so much love.

In the end, we realized that in order to obtain an excellent product, it was necessary to enclose everything in something precious, exactly as is done with the most cherished memories. After extensive research, we chose gold. Our pasta, in fact, is drawn in gold, so as to obtain the perfect product. This gives the pasta the right porosity, which is essential for the pasta to be able to retain the sauce. Each die is unique, now is time to bite them all.
