Fusilloni

Fusilloni are a shape of pasta that has its origins in different regions of Italy. The format was born in the ancient noble houses. Preparation was an art, linked to the experience and dexterity of the women who were pasta makers in the kitchen. In our laboratory we produce Fusilloni looking for the right compromise between tradition and goodness.
