Sedanini

Sedanini are children of the northern pasta tradition, which, inspired by the celery of southern pasta factories, reduced their size. Here, by virtue of the history that led to the preparation of sedanini pasta, these took their name. Sedanini are characterized by their elongated and slightly curved shape. Everything is enhanced by the perfect porosity of the pasta, obtained thanks to the drawing process. We use only gold dies, which allow the pasta to better accommodate any sauce.

THE FIRST GLUTEN-FREE PASTA DRAWN IN GOLD

GlutiNiente stands out for the production process:

  • gold drawing that stresses the dough less and gives ideal porosity and excellent permeability to the condiments;
  • slow drying at low temperatures, as in the best tradition, which preserves the nutritional properties, enhancing the flavor and aroma.

 

THE CONDIMENTS FOR SEDANINI

Sedanini are suitable for delicate, sometimes even sophisticated cuisine. They can be accompanied with walnuts and gorgonzola, or with courgettes and pieces of provolone. In any case, the slow drying process, obtained at low temperatures, will ensure that the pasta resist the cooking. Don’t eat them, it would be a crime.
