  • 500 g fresh mussels, cleaned
  • 400 g cooked cannellini beans
  • 120 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley, to taste
  • Salt to taste

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes until soft and golden.

Add the cleaned mussels and dry white wine. Cover the pot and cook over medium-high heat until the mussels have opened. Remove the mussels from the pot and set aside.

Add the previously chopped cherry tomatoes to the same pot with the mussel sauce and cook for a few minutes. Then add the cooked cannellini beans and stir well.

Cook Glutiniente Pasta Mista in plenty of salted water following the instructions on the package until al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the pot with the mussel and bean sauce.

Add the previously cooked mussels to the pot with the pasta and sauce. Stir gently to let all the ingredients mix.

Add salt to taste. Sprinkle with plenty of chopped fresh parsley for a fresh touch.
